Vogue Hosts Special Event at Pendry Residences West Hollywood

High fashion is right at home at Pendry Residences West Hollywood, which recently hosted a special, expert-led event in red carpet style for Vogue’s invitation-only membership community, Vogue100, at Pendry’s spectacular Residence 801, represented by The Agency Development Group.

A perfect setting for a stylish gathering, the two-bedroom property boasts exquisite interiors by acclaimed designer Martin Brudnizki and a generous outdoor terrace with far-reaching views of Downtown Los Angeles—all of which served as a picture-perfect backdrop to the exclusive afternoon affair.

At Residence 801’s recent event, guests were greeted with refreshing craft cocktails created by Heidi Wittekind for Kastra Elion. During the gathering, acclaimed Vogue editor and stylist, Peter Dundas, discussed his inspiration for archive gowns worn by A-List artists and celebrities.

On view were several iconic garments, including pieces worn by Kim Kardashian, the yellow dress from Beyoncé’s “Lemonade” music video plus scene-stealing Met Gala ensembles seen on Ciara and Emily Ratajkowski.

Comprising just 40 residences and known for its resort-like amenities—including a residents-only rooftop pool, a music venue, plus seven bars and restaurants by Chef Wolfgang Puck—Pendry Residences West Hollywood has been making headlines in the real estate realm for months. In Q1 of 2023, Residence 902 achieved the highest price per square foot among condo sales in Los Angeles at $4,005.72. The home, which features a private pool, is also (as of late March) the second priciest condo sale in Los Angeles County for 2023, having been sold for $14M, according to recent news coverage.
