The National Association of Real Estate Editors (NAREE) held its 57th Annual Real Estate Journalism Conference in Las Vegas from June 6–9, bringing together professionals from residential and commercial real estate, home design, home building and community design. Among the distinguished speakers were members of The Agency, who shared their insights and expertise on topics ranging from the Las Vegas housing market to luxury development trends and the future of real estate.
One of the standout sessions at the conference featured Zar Zanganeh, Managing Partner of The Agency Las Vegas, Catie Dixon from Bisnow and Nick Barber, Executive Vice President of JLL Las Vegas. Zar and his colleagues took the stage to talk about the state of the Las Vegas housing market. Shane Farkas, The Agency’s Chief Operating Officer, engaged in a thought-provoking discussion with Orphe Divounguy, Senior Economist at Zillow, about the future of real estate. Shane offered his unique perspective on the emerging trends and technologies that are likely to disrupt the industry—from advancements in sustainable construction to the increasing role of AI and automation.
