Summer is here, and The Agency brought our signature red-hot style to the Big Apple for a week of exciting events.
First, on Monday, June 19th, CEO and Founder Mauricio Umansky and The Agency New York hosted a special VIP broker event at Fifteen, The Agency’s first-ever luxury condominium project in NYC. Located at 15 West 96th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Fifteen presents 21 modern full-floor residences with incredible views of Central Park and the city skyline. The Agency’s Shane Boyle, in conjunction with The Agency Development Group, will lead the sales and marketing of the residences.
During the twilight event, dozens of hand-selected brokers noshed on charcuterie, fruit and petite sandwiches while sipping Azevedo Vinho Verde wine from Portugal and Altos margaritas as they took hardhat tours Fifteen’s light-filled residences—all with stunning Central Park views.
We’ve been looking forward to sharing Fifteen with the area’s top tier brokers, and this event was exactly what we envisioned,” said Shane. “We got glowing feedback about the building, its residences, and of course the views. Fifteen stands out as one of the city’s most unforgettable buildings with exceptional park views that take your breath away. I can’t wait to host another event soon!”
Keeping the week’s momentum going, on Tuesday, Mauricio served as a featured guest panelist at the New York Residential Agent Continuum (NYRAC). Mauricio spoke on our expansion into NYC, the future of brokerages and how agents can thrive in today’s market, alongside venerated fellow panelists Pamela Leibman, Howard Lorber, Robert Reffkin and Ryan Serhant.
On Wednesday, an audience of 50 agents and marketers attended a panel featuring The Agency’s Director of Agent Marketing Lesley Stern. Hosted and moderated by Eric Barron of Owners Who Elevate, Devin Daly and Andreas P. Verrios, the panel unpacked several essential elements of authentic, impactful agent branding strategies and touched on eye-catching content creation and how some agents have successfully elevated their marketing efforts.
That same evening, Mauricio hosted a VIP event at the newly unveiled Rally Museum in Soho. Curated by the Rally investment app, the museum presents a first-of-its-kind interactive experience for collectors and enthusiasts to experience rare pieces of history—including an original 1955 Porsche Speedster, Warhol’s Marilyn Monroe screenprint, a $3M Honus Wagner T206 baseball card and one the most complete examples of a 60-million-year-old Triceratops skull in any private or public collection. Mauricio and the event’s VIP guests enjoyed craft cocktails, light bites and were invited to browse the exhibitions up close.
“The Rally Museum event and collection was so cool and a great way to close out an awesome week in New York,” said Mauricio. “I know I’ll be back in the city soon, and I’m looking forward to an exciting summer in the city!”
