Last fall, Ana Ruelas, Founding Managing Partner of The Agency Austin, was honored to serve as Guest Editor for Austin Woman Magazine’s “On the Block” issue—one of the publication’s most dynamic editions focused on Austin’s real estate market, neighborhoods, and the people shaping the city’s growth.
What made this issue especially meaningful was the collaboration behind it. More than 150 women across the Austin real estate and business community were featured, highlighting the depth of talent, leadership, and entrepreneurship driving the city forward. The issue brought together a diverse range of voices across residential real estate, design, development, and local business—offering a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective on how Austin continues to evolve, one neighborhood at a time.
From East Austin’s ongoing transformation to the steady momentum in North Austin, the recalibration of South Austin, and the continued strength of West Austin, the issue captured a real-time view of the market through the voices of those actively working in it every day.
For The Agency Austin, participating in this project reflects what we value most, strong relationships, local expertise, and a commitment to supporting the people and businesses that make Austin unique.
