With eight years in real estate preceded by an illustrious 28-year career in law enforcement with the U.S. Government, Nuria's professional journey is both unique and impressive. She retired from the Department of Homeland Security as a Field Office Director for Immigration and Customs Enforcement/Enforcement and Removal Operations. One of just 24 directors nationwide-where she had operational responsibility for 129 counties in Texas and the entire state of Oklahoma. Nuria has been recognized with numerous team and individual sales awards, including membership in the 100% Club, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in real estate. Born in Cuba and having immigrated to the United States at age nine, Nuria has lived in various locations including Spain, Maryland, New Jersey, Washington DC, and Georgia before settling in Texas, where she's called the DFW area home for over 30 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Texas State University. In her free time, Nuria enjoys hiking, playing pickleball, working out at the gym, and spending time with her three adult children and her Beauceron dog. She is actively involved in the community through the Denton Benefit League, North Texas Crime Commission, American Cancer Society, and Women to Women pregnancy resource center.
