Prior to starting her career in real estate, she distinguished herself as an accomplished corporate professional with extensive experience in operations, strategic planning, and project management. Her corporate background provides her with unique insights into the needs and expectations of high-end homebuyers, ensuring that she delivers exceptional service and expertise.

In addition to her professional achievements, Kathleen is also a dedicated mom to three wonderful children; a passionate foodie, a talented piano player and a huge fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. She actively contributes to the community as a member of LifeFamily church and the treasurer at Austin’s Regional Chapter of the Philippine-American Chamber of Commerce. 

Kathleen holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, further underscoring her commitment to excellence and professional development.
