Drake Alford is a proud member of The Agency M2 Property Group, where he serves the Rio Grande Valley including McAllen, Mission, Weslaco, and South Padre Island. Specializing in real estate investment, commercial properties, and guiding first-time home buyers, Drake combines his financial background with local market expertise to deliver exceptional results for his clients."The thrill of the deal and helping clients achieve their goals is what drives me in real estate," says Drake. With a foundation in financial advising and fresh produce sales & procurement, Drake has developed strong negotiation skills and market analysis capabilities that keep him consistently ahead of changing market conditions. His experience began by investing in real estate alongside his father, managing their growing portfolio of long-term rental properties before transitioning into full-time real estate. A McAllen native and Texas State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business and Management, Drake offers clients extensive knowledge of development and construction costs, rental markets, and both existing and emerging opportunities within the community. In his free time, he enjoys golf, fishing, cooking, gardening, and spending time with his wife and their Persian cat, June. Drake actively supports several charitable organizations including the Alzheimer's Association, Capable Kids, and Habitat for Humanity.
